A few days later, I called with a different problem. On that call they even told me the exam would be updated by the end of May. Nobody responded to me, I just happen to be calling about another issue. I would not even mind at all if no new presentations were done, just update some kind of written material that can be downloaded. But, the only downloads available are just the slides used in the video presentation.
